High grade monolithics

THERMOcast dense castables form a solid basis for refractory lining directly exposed to hot media. We provide our clients the high-quality range of proven refractory castables selected for their individual applications.
The wide product range includes standard castables based on fire clay compositions up to high-quality ultra-low-cement-castable ULCC and zero cement castables on a various number of raw materials. The THERMOcast materials provide high degree of flexibility with maximum process reliability and service life. Depend on the installation technique our monolithic materials are available for the different working methods:

  • Dense refractory castabes – THERMOcast
  • Dense gunning mixes – THERMOgun
  • Dense plastic mixes – THERMOram

Other types are available on special request.

Advantages of castables

What are the advantages of THERMO castables for industrial furnaces and Thermal plant units:

  • Free form design
  • Wide range of different materials
  • High chemical resistance
  • Strong material matrix
  • Thermal shock resistance
  • Heat storage capacity

Refractory castable – fast track selection

The following schedule presents a guidance of some THERMOcast materials. In case of using our table the pre-selection from the large area can be arranged easily. In the download section you will find the specific material datasheets (MDS) of our products. Other materials are available on request. We are pleased to respond your message!
